Time to dress in your favorite team’s jersey because the NCAA Bracket Challenge for Charity hosted by the Young ProfessionALS Group is back! The Bracket Challenge is an exciting few weeks about having fun, competing against one another and watching the intense March Madness Tournament, all while raising funds for people and families living with ALS.
Get in on the action and purchase one bracket for $25, two brackets for $40 or three brackets for $55 for the chance to win up to $500. All participants will gain access to our group with CBS Sportline.

ALS Learning Series: Coping with the loss of a loved one during COVID-19
Our February ALS Learning Series webinar will focus on the impact that the global pandemic has had on our mental and emotional well-being as well as how we grieve the death of a loved one.
Join us on Thursday, February 25 at 12pm CST as we explore the stages of grief, factors impacting our grief response, techniques and coping strategies, self-care, and how the Foundation can support you through your grief process. Information will also be presented on the Foundation’s two bereavement support groups for spouses or partners of people who have lost a loved one to ALS.

Hope Through Caring Gala Online Auction Open to All
Our first-ever virtual Hope Through Caring Gala on Saturday, March 20 is fast approaching! Alongside our tremendous emcee, Paul Lisnek and honorees, Bob Ives and Steve Gleason, we’re welcoming back auctioneer extraordinaire, Wade Leist.
Wade will lead us, live, through his signature, high-energy paddle raise, with each level funding a necessary need for our ALS community.
Plus, we’re welcoming back friend of the Foundation William Dwyer as our musical entertainment. Les Turner ALS family members might recognize William and his voice from past events and as a Chicagoland musical theater performer.
